Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy and Booking Policy is 100% non-negotiable.  We ask for a 48-hour courtesy notice in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule appointment. All bookings require a $50 deposit that will be applied towards the cost of your treatment. If you cancel, reschedule or No-Show your appointment on the same day, your deposit will NOT be refunded. By booking your appointment you agree with Brown Sugar Esthetics Cancellation and Booking Policy.

Appointment Arrival Grace Period

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 10-minute grace period will be provided, arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, out of respect for other clients' appointments. The Cancellation and Booking Policy WILL apply.
