Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation and Booking Policy is strictly enforced and non-negotiable. To accommodate all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. A $50 deposit is required for all bookings and will be applied toward the cost of your treatment. Cancellations or reschedules made after the 48-hour notice period, as well as no-show appointments, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to Brown Sugar Esthetics’ Cancellation and Booking Policy.

Appointment Arrival Grace Period

To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; however, arrivals beyond this time may require a shortened service or rescheduling to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. In such instances, our Cancellation and Booking Policy will apply.
